Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all prompts, reference media, edits, generated outputs, automation, API-like interactions, and other use of Seemotions. It is designed to keep the Service useful for legitimate creative and commercial production without turning the platform into a tool for sexual exploitation, abuse, deception, or unlawful harm.

Seemotions is an 18+ service. A third-party model provider may apply a stricter policy than this one. If so, the stricter rule applies when you use that model.

2. Pornographic and sexually explicit content

You may not use Seemotions to create, edit, transform, or facilitate:

pornography or sexually explicit material intended primarily for sexual arousal;
explicit sexual acts, fetish pornography, or explicit sexualized depictions of genitals;
content promoting or facilitating commercial sexual exploitation or sexual services;
sexual violence, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, or depictions that eroticize abuse;
sexual content created from a real person’s image or likeness without their valid consent.

Non-sexual artistic, medical, educational, anatomical, maternity, or fashion content is not automatically prohibited merely because skin or non-sexual nudity is present. Context and intent matter, and individual model providers may still enforce stricter limits.

3. Child sexual exploitation and sexualization of minors

There is zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, sextortion, or content that facilitates child sexual exploitation. You may not create or transform sexual content involving anyone under 18, including fictional, synthetic, illustrated, age-regressed, or age-ambiguous subjects presented as minors.

Do not attempt to evade this rule by using euphemisms, coded language, age ambiguity, fictional framing, or by supplying reference media rather than stating the request in text. Serious suspected child-safety violations may be preserved and reported where required or appropriate under applicable law and provider obligations.

4. Consent, intimate imagery, and human likeness

You may not use the Service to:

create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII);
“nudify”, “undress”, or sexually expose a real person without valid consent;
create sexual deepfakes or intimate impersonations of a real person without consent;
depict a real person in humiliating, defamatory, criminal, or sexually compromising circumstances in a deceptive or harmful way;
harass, stalk, blackmail, extort, or threaten someone using generated or edited media.

Legitimate cinematic, parody, editorial, or fictional work involving public figures may still be restricted when it is materially deceptive, defamatory, sexually exploitative, or likely to cause serious harm.

5. Graphic violence, self-harm, and dangerous conduct

You may not use Seemotions to:

create extreme gore, torture, sadistic violence, or sexualized violence intended to shock or glorify suffering;
encourage, celebrate, or provide actionable instructions for suicide or serious self-harm;
create content designed to facilitate a credible violent threat or targeted physical harm;
depict or promote serious animal cruelty for gratification or abuse.

Non-graphic fictional action, historical, documentary, newsworthy, educational, or safety contexts may be permitted, subject to model-provider rules and other sections of this Policy.

6. Hate, harassment, terrorism, and violent extremism

Do not generate content that praises, promotes, recruits for, or operationally supports terrorism or violent extremist organizations. Do not use the Service to threaten or dehumanize people based on protected characteristics or to conduct targeted harassment. Historical, counterspeech, documentary, educational, or critical discussion may be allowed when it does not meaningfully facilitate prohibited conduct.

7. Illegal activity, fraud, and deceptive abuse

You may not use the Service to materially facilitate:

fraud, phishing, scams, identity theft, forgery, or deceptive impersonation;
counterfeit documents, credentials, financial instruments, or evidence intended to deceive;
illegal drug trafficking, human trafficking, or other serious criminal activity;
actionable construction or acquisition of weapons for unlawful violent use;
fabricated media presented as authentic evidence in order to defraud, extort, or materially mislead people.

8. Privacy, personal data, and intellectual property

Do not upload or process material you do not have the right or lawful basis to use. You may not use Seemotions to expose highly sensitive personal data, defeat privacy protections, identify anonymous individuals from biometric traits, or violate another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Reference images and brand assets remain subject to the rights of their owners. The fact that a model technically accepts an Input does not mean you have permission to use it.

9. Security, scraping, and safeguard evasion

You may not:

bypass or probe moderation systems for the purpose of evading them;
use prompt obfuscation, encoding, image tricks, or repeated variations to defeat safety controls;
abuse rate limits, credits, refunds, account creation, or provider routing;
introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with service availability, or gain unauthorized access;
automate access in a way that violates published limits or materially harms the Service.

10. Contextual and borderline content

Safety decisions consider context. Artistic, fashion, educational, medical, documentary, historical, or fictional content can be legitimate even when it addresses mature subjects. At the same time, adding an artistic or fictional label does not make pornography, CSAM, NCII, exploitation, fraud, or other prohibited conduct acceptable.

When a request is ambiguous, Seemotions or the selected model provider may conservatively refuse it. You may submit an appeal if you believe a legitimate request was incorrectly blocked.

11. How moderation works

Seemotions may use automated classifiers to evaluate prompts and supported reference media before provider submission. Model and infrastructure providers may perform additional input or output moderation. We may also review reports and limited safety records when investigating suspected abuse or an appeal.

A Seemotions preflight block occurs before the prohibited request is intentionally submitted for generation. Safety systems are imperfect and may produce false positives or miss harmful material. Passing an automated check does not authorize content that violates this Policy.

We do not disclose classifier thresholds or provide detailed evasion feedback. A blocked request normally receives a general policy message rather than a diagnostic explanation of how to bypass the safety system.

12. Enforcement, reporting, and appeals

Depending on severity and history, we may block a request, warn the user, restrict a model or feature, preserve limited safety evidence, suspend an account, or terminate access. Severe abuse may lead to immediate action; repeated lower-level violations may lead to escalating restrictions.

If content appears unlawful or creates a serious safety risk, information may be shared with relevant providers, specialist safety organizations, or authorities where required or permitted by law. We do not promise advance notice where notice would undermine safety, fraud prevention, or a lawful investigation.
